Review
The Burall InfoCare terminal that resides in the Service User’s home records the care tasks delivered, which carer delivered those
services and at what time. This is invaluable information for Care professionals, relatives and concerned friends who visit
the Service User. Using the unique Review feature of these terminals, all this information is available at the press of a button
on the terminal. It is only possible to achieve this great benefit by having an InfoCare terminal in the home. If the Service User
has opted-in to allow relatives to Review their delivered care, we simply enable this option on the terminals.
Remote-Review
As the world in which we live in changes, and relatives are spread across different parts of the world, the need for timely,
accurate information, increases. As the distance between families increase so does the need for reassurance that their loved one
is being cared for. It is not always possible to telephone or visit to find out the detail of the care being delivered, so Burall
InfoCare has developed a unique way of providing that reassurance, called RemoteReview.
The Internet has become an integrated part of society and can deliver information on a 24/7 basis. If the
Service User opts-in to allow their delivered care information to be shared with named relatives or friends, you can create
specific users who only have permission to view specific information about their loved one. We provide secure access to the
on-line information so concerned friends and relatives can see detail on the care delivered. A valuable tool that provides
reassurance for the relatives, from near or far, and frees up the care managers to concentrate on the key task of delivering care.
